Superblock designed and built a web-based system for All-Temp Heating to automate and streamline the previously manual process of dispatching service call information from their existing database application to their technicains in the field. A server-side component was written to periodically extract ticket information from All-Temp's Windows-based database server and synchronize it with the Ruby on Rails web-based dispatch application.
